The Detox & Cleanse Consultant will be working within a team of professionals responsible for delivering detox and cleanse consultations, helping in the Detox Restaurant and supporting the guests in their detox journey. The consultant will also manage the SPA organization of PhuketFit ’programs and work together with the Weight-loss program team.

Detox Consultant Job Responsibilities:

• Educate oneself on PhuketFit’s Mission, Vision and most importantly, the Core Values of the company and are incorporated into everything that is done each day.
• Conduct detox and cleanse consultations following PhuketFit standards and protocols.
• Stay available for any guest’s requirement in between consultations during working hours.
• Take part in the management of the SPA program (massage booking and steam room management).
• Work as a team with the Detox Restaurant and help if needed. This includes service and cooking help.
• Make sure to highlight/report any guest’s issues to the direct line manager and (if needed) to any other department.
• Help to constantly develop and improve program services and protocols.
• Participate in all meetings required by the department or supervisor.
• Participate in all development training scheduled by the direct line manager.
• Respond to all guest concerns in a prompt, professional, and courteous manner.
• Provide 5-star service and act as a role model for all staff. Maintain a cooperative and professional work relationship with guests, staff, superiors, and other departments.
• Report any issues with equipment to the direct line manager.
• Ensure the office areas and equipment are clean, well maintained, and secure.
• Enhance personal professional growth and development through participation in educational programs, current literature, conferences, and workshops.
• Participate in PhuketFit’s brand building: help with Trip Advisor, social media, guest survey, and any other PKF promotional campaign.
• Create fun and goal-orientated experiences for the guests. Participate in organizing and running outside activities for the guests in our detox and cleanse program.
• Perform other related duties as assigned or requested.

Detox Consultant Qualifications/Skills:

We are looking for qualifications in such disciplines as sports science, wellness studies, health management, physiology, or life sciences with a background of detox program experience.

Candidates must be physically fit and should possess an empathetic, client-focused character. good problem solving, interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills are also essential.

• Beneficial: nutrition certificate or recognised equivalent certification.

• Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).

• Outstanding organizational skills.

• Computer and Internet skills.

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:

• Minimum of two-years experience in the requested field.
• Strong understanding of general wellness, fitness,and weight loss.
• Able to work varied shifts including day, evening, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be capable of working collegially with different populations on a daily basis.
• Must enjoy working in a team environment.
• Exceptional integrity, team-building, and leadership skills while being a team player themselves.
