แจ้งรายงานสถานะของห้องพักแก่หัวหน้างานและเจ้าหน้าที่ผู้เกี่ยวข้องเสมอ อาทิเช่น ห้องพร้อมเข้าพักแล้ว, มีบางจุดเสียหายหรือต้องแก้ไขซ่อมแซม
