Our Schedule is always evolving as we keep up to date with current fitness trends and latest new insights. Therefore, we are currently updating and adding more classes to our schedule.
 
All outdoor classes are weather permitting, because some things we simply cannot control! We will of course, always replace them with an alternative class where possible.

These are some of the types of workouts you could expect to do at PhuketFit Health & Fitness retreats.

Bot Camp

A bootcamp style session without the Sergeant Major. You’ll work your way through a series of obstacles and exercises including tire flips, ladder climbs, weighted ball throws and battle-rope slams. If there’s something you would prefer not to do, that’s fine… we’ll just find an alternative for you! It’s fun, but challenging fitness at its best, in the gym or... at the beach!
