Passionate about health and fitness, our reception team leads by example, actively participating in a minimum of three PhuketFit staff fitness classes each week. Under the guidance of Chain, our esteemed in-house Thai coach, they continually strive to deepen their understanding of exercise and nutrition, embodying the values that define our retreat.
