Mon–Sat – Intensive Training: Each weekday starts with high-intensity workouts (cardio, strength training, circuit sessions) led by expert coaches. Group and personal coaching sessions happen throughout the day to build endurance and strength.

Nutrition & Learning: Three times daily, our Executive Chef provides balanced, portion-controlled meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner). We also integrate brief nutrition workshops or healthy cooking demonstrations to reinforce good habits.

Our on-site Executive Chef and culinary team provide full nutrition services. Guests choose from a variety of healthy menu options (via a digital menu) each meal. Meals are fresh, portion- and calorie-controlled, and designed to fuel training and recovery. Macronutrients are tracked automatically so everyone knows they’re meeting their targets.
Beyond meals, the chef leads nutrition education. This includes cooking demonstrations, portion-control workshops, and guidance on healthy meal planning. Your team will learn how to select and prepare foods that support performance and wellness. We also tailor meal plans to accommodate allergies or diets (e.g. plant-based, gluten-free) so every attendee eats well and feels included.
Recovery and mindfulness are built into our schedule to maximize well-being.
