These are some of the types of workouts you could expect to do at PhuketFit Health & Fitness retreats.
A bootcamp style session without the Sergeant Major. You’ll work your way through a series of obstacles and exercises including tire flips, ladder climbs, weighted ball throws and battle-rope slams. If there’s something you would prefer not to do, that’s fine… we’ll just find an alternative for you! It’s fun, but challenging fitness at its best, in the gym or... at the beach!
