You probably already know that your diet makes an enormous difference to your performance and recovery.

That’s why we only serve the freshest, tastiest and healthiest meals. Crafted by our in-house chefs and planned by our nutritionists.

You’ll have all of the energy and nutrients you need, to perform at your best in the gym and recover from the intense exercise sessions. This is all included in your package, but you can also purchase additional supplementations if you desire.

Our healthy restaurant is easy and convenient to the training area, so you can"refuel" and time your nutrition to ensure you have great pre-workout Glycogen levels (for maximum energy when training), also so you burn fat and stay lean, no matter what your overall fitness goals are.

We also take your recovery from exercise very seriously. We have menu options to help you optimise for your recovery needs, to allow your body to adapt and improve with the exercise stimulus. For example, if you are looking to build muscle, then you can order foods higher in protein. If you want to to boost your endurance, then you can tune your carbohydrate intake from the menu accordingly. All of this kind of coaching and advice is available to you via your fitness coach who will always have some great tips for fueling for performance when you arrive at Phuketfit.
