What Is The Value Of Our Fitness Program?

Our fitness bootcamp in Thailand is competitively priced compared to other fitness holiday packages. We provide incredible value at 3,090 THB per day when you book for 7 days or more (equivalent to approximately $150 AUD, $100, €91, or £78). 

Clients can enjoy a lineup of sessions as part of their daily routine to ensure a fulfilling and dynamic experience. There’s also a fitness-oriented meal plan that includes three nutritious meals, snacks, and a protein shake each day to fuel their bodies for optimal performances—all for a nice meal or a few packs of cigarettes would cost in Australia!

- Total Fitness guests can use 1 program voucher for a personal coaching session with one of our Fitness Coaches per week (min 7 day program).
- Weight-loss program guests can use 1 program voucher for either a training and nutritional consultation or personal coaching session with one of our Fitness Coaches per week (per 7 day program).
- The other remaining program voucher (per week) must still be allocated towards either a massage or a Muay Thai private session.

Accommodation costs

We have 4 types of accommodation with varied prices across the year. Prices are shown as daily cost and are added on top of your program price, our accommodation starts from just ฿5,768 a week ($165 | £135 | AUD 265 | €160).
