Below is our current Schedule. On arrival, a Fitness Test will assign you to either Level 1 or Level 2 classes. Unless otherwise stated, all classes are available to Guests of both Level 1 and Level 2. Your Level may change during your stay as your endurance and strength improves. Our Schedule is always evolving as we keep up to date with current fitness trends and latest new insights. All outdoor classes are weather permitting, because some things we simply cannot control! We will of course, always replace them with an alternative class.
