WHEN YOU EXERCISE?

Learn the vital mechanics behind improving your fitness, and how your body starts to adapt in three distinct stages. We’ll cover the flight or flight response (stress), the importance of rest, and how best to progress effectively over time. We’ll take a look at the differences between functional movement, resistance training and cardiorespiratory training… all valuable information to apply to your training once you return home.

ACHIEVE WHAT YOU WANT

Learn specific exercises for functional and resistance training, and the components that make up four phases that will progress you to advanced levels. Understand cardiorespiratory training programs and the differences between aerobic v’s anaerobic efficiency, endurance and power training. Finally, we cover effective methods of recovery and rejuvenation.

COOKING CLASSES

Our top Chef hosts educational cooking classes that will show you how to cook some nutritious and delicious dishes. It can be difficult to know how much of each ingredient to use, and how to monitor your intake of each food group per portion. Well we make it easy and show you how! You’ll learn how to calculate the calorie content, proteins, carbohydrates and fats in each portion. Dishes include Pan Fried Salmon with Sweet Chili Sauce, Massaman Curry, Beef Stroganoff, Thai Tom Yum soup and Pad Thai.
