BEACH BOOTCAMP
A bootcamp style session without the Sergeant Major. You’ll work your way through a series of obstacles and exercises including tire flips, ladder climbs, weighted ball throws and battle-rope slams. If there’s something you would prefer not to do, that’s fine… we’ll just find an alternative for you! It’s fun, but challenging fitness at its best, in the gym or... at the beach!
TECHNIQUE
Learn correct techniques for common exercises worldwide, and elevate your workout effectiveness, prevent injuries, and optimize results.
HYPERTROPHY
